Shipping Policy:

Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping.
    You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
      Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business Day.

        POSSIBLE DELAYS:
        You will receive a  notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. 
          There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control!

            UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
            If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

            Return Policy:

            If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.

            RETURN CONDITIONS:

            • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
            • Pre-Orders are final sale.
            • Bodysuits are final sale.
            • Bralettes are final sale.
            • Accessories are final sale.
            • All original tags must be attached. 
            • ***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

            SHOE RETURNS:

            • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
            • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
            • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
            RETURN ADDRESS:
            To return,
            1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! :)
            2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
            3. CC Boutique does not offer free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!

            • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
            • You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
